1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) once your payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping rate: ₹XX (or free shipping for orders above ₹XXX).
Extra charges may apply for remote locations (hilly areas, islands, etc.).
Any customs, duties or local taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer (for domestic this is rarely needed, but if you ship internationally in future, mention this).
4. Delivery Partners
We use reliable courier / logistics partners like XYZ Couriers, India Post, or other region-specific carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number / waybill via email / SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.
6. Undelivered / Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and fails (e.g. no one is available to receive), they may attempt re-delivery or leave the parcel at a local depot / pickup point.
If you do not claim the parcel or re-attempt delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for return-shipping charges if you request re-shipment.
7. Damaged / Lost Parcels
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or estimated delivery) along with photographic evidence.
We will coordinate with the courier to replace or refund the item (subject to investigation and stock availability).
8. Changes / Corrections in Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate (pin code, locality, contact number).
If you wish to make changes, you must inform us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, any address corrections may incur additional charges or may not be feasible.
9. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
For large orders or wholesale shipments, please contact us directly (via email / phone). Lead time and shipping charges may differ.
10. International Shipping (Optional, if you expand later)
We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us for a quote including shipping, customs, and duties.
